As I reflected on the impact of my influences, I realized they couldn't be confined to a specific timeline. These influences, however, have left an enduring impression on me as time unfolds. What binds them together are the emotional experiences they evoke.

Apophenia, the human tendency to find patterns and create a sense of order in understanding the universe, serves as a guiding concept. The book's organization draws inspiration from the "Comfort Zone" chart, echoing various psychological states. The process of its creation became an exploration of how the world interacts with the inner self. Rather than defining emotions outright, the book seeks to evoke feelings and inspire thoughtful reflection.
